Occupational Safety and Health Policy

The Management of Exeed Precast – Sole Proprietorship L.L.C are committed to ensure practical safety measures are planned and implemented to promote and maintain high standard of health and safety. To setup standards, which are in line with the concept of proactive safety management system. Safety is everyone’s responsibility and anymore entering the premises has the right to enjoy a safe working environment while ensure they comply with all instructions given in this policy to protect themselves against hazard and they refrain from taking any action that might obstruct the enforcement of such instructions. Exeed Precast – Sole Proprietorship L.L.C management system is based on the standard of ISO 45001, Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre ADPHC/ADOSH system framework, Legal, Federal law, and other OSH requirements. The management system that takes into consideration all aspects related to the duty of care for human health and safety of community at large, such mitigation measures include:

• Protecting the health and Safety of all personnel including members of the public who may be affected by the organization’s operations.
• Fulfilment of applicable legal and other requirements.
• Prevention of injuries and ill health
• Integration of Occupational Health and Safety into all workplace activities.
• Enforcement of accountability of Health and Safety in the workplace.
• Ensure that all level of employees receives appropriate information, adequate instructions, training, and supervision.
• Establish effective consultation and participation with all interested parties who are involved, so that matters affecting health and safety are understood and consultation properly implemented.
• Provision of adequate resources for the Occupational health and safety improvement.
• Continually review objectives and set targets to improve our Occupational Health and Safety performance.
• Managing Occupational Health and Safety risks and opportunities related to our context of the organization activities.

This Policy cover the Design, Manufacture, Supply, and installation of Precast and Prestressed concrete elements. And has the support and commitment of the Top management. It will be reviewed periodically for its continual improvement.
