Exeed Precast is the largest subsidiary of Exeed Industries, and one of the largest precast production facilities in the region.
Exeed Precast manufactures and installs high-quality Precast Concrete and Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) products for a wide range of project types including residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, infrastructural, bridges, and oil & gas projects.
Exeed Precast operates across two sites, Exeed Precast’s main site is located in ICAD II. It is one of the largest precast production facilities in the UAE, covering an area of 220,000 m², and a second production facility, Exeed Aswar located in ICAD I, covering a total area of 21,000 m². Both facilities use a varying approach to production, with Exeed Precast’s main site focusing on a fully automated pallet circulating system, while Exeed Aswar’s site operates with a more customize traditional approach of precast elements production. Exeed Precast is a full precast solution provider; able to support project stakeholders from the early design phase of the project, through to manufacturing various precast elements, and finally on-site installation of precast products. Exeed Precast is a proud producing member of Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute.
